After-Sales Guarantee
We offer a 2-year quality warranty on our jewelry starting from the date of purchase. Under normal usage conditions, if your jewelry breaks or fades due to quality issues, we will replace it for free.
Conditions for warranty coverage:
- Normal wear and use
- Breakage, damage, rust, or significant fading caused by quality defects
Exclusions:
- Scratches, dirt, or stains from daily wear
- Damage caused by external force or improper care
- Lost Jewelry
- Free gifts or gift cards
Returns and Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return and refund by contacting us at service@domyee.com. You will need to send the product back to the designated address. Once we confirm receipt of the returned item, we will issue your refund. Please note that international bank processing may take 2-5 business days for the refund to reach your account.
Important notes:
- Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the item.
- Once your return is approved, we must receive the returned product within 30 days. Late or lost returns will not be processed.
- Please ensure that the product is in its original condition, without scratches, stains, or damage, and that the packaging is intact.
- The customer will be responsible for any shipping and customs fees incurred during the return process.
- If your original order benefited from free shipping, the refund amount will be the original order amount minus the shipping cost($8).
- Customized products, such as engraving, gift cards, and free gifts, are not eligible for return.
Exchanges
If you need to request an exchange, please submit your application via email to service@domyee.com. You will need to send the product back to the designated address. Once we confirm receipt of the exchanged item, we will refund the original order amount as store points to your Domyee account, which you can use for a new order. This means that if your original order qualified for free shipping, the refunded credits will also include the shipping cost, and you won’t need to pay for shipping again.

Missing or Incorrect Products
If we made a mistake and missed an item in your order, sent a damaged product, or provided the wrong style or size, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. We will gladly send you a replacement.
