Shipping Rates and Free Shipping
We offer standard international shipping at a flat rate of $8. For orders over $59, you’ll enjoy free shipping!
Processing Time
Once you’ve placed your order, we’ll take 2-4 business days to carefully pack your items and send them to our trusted shipping partners. Please note, processing times may vary due to holidays, stock availability, or any other unforeseen circumstances. After that, your items will be on their way to you from our logistics warehouse.
Shipping Time
The shipping time varies depending on your location. Generally, it takes about 2-4 weeks for your order to reach its destination. As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link so you can easily check the status of your package.
Order Changes or Cancellations
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please reach out to us at service@domyee.com as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we’ll be happy to make the necessary changes for you. However, if the order has already been handed over to the shipping company, it will be beyond our control to make adjustments.

Delayed or Lost Packages
Please make sure you’ve entered the correct tracking number. If it’s delayed, kindly be patient. If the tracking shows the package as delivered, please check around your area, ask your neighbors, or contact the delivery driver for more information.
We highly recommend double-checking the shipping address you provide to ensure its accuracy. If the tracking information shows that the package has been delivered, or if delivery is impossible due to an incorrect address, Domyee will not be held responsible.
